Request to carry out Safety & Occupational Health Survey
Safety & Occupational Health survey is done by The Chief Inspector or, the Director-General of factory Advice Service and Labour Institutes or the Director-General of Health services, to the Government of India, or such other official as authorized. Occupational
health and safety survey is done in normal working hours of a factory, or at any other time as is found to be necessary and occupier or manager or other person of the factory should afford all facilities for such survey, including facilities for the examination
and testing of plant and machinery and collection of samples and other data relevant to the survey.
The ‘Occupational health and safety survey’ process of Mahakamgar (Labour Management System) provides facility to fill the observations of the medical survey online.
Every such application shall be accompanied by relevant physical documents as listed below.
