Complaints Process

  • All the Complaints received will be viewed by the Head of the Division / Office upon login by the authorized Officer.
  • Head of the Division / Office Will redirect to the Concerned Officer.
  • Concerned officer will look into the complaint & investigate it through the concern area officer / Inspector, who will submit a report.
  • Concerned officer will go through the report & will give instruction for taking appropriate action.
  • Reply will be sent to the Complainant if he provides his Email-ID / Postal Address / Mobile No.
  • All the above actions will be entered in to the system by the concerned area Officer or their clerks.
