Exemption from the Various provisions of the Act
Any Employer can apply to the state government for seeking exemption under various provisions of the Act.
Every such application shall be accompanied by relevant physical documents as listed below.

- Is the photo copy of the Registration Certificate attached?
- Are document supporting the exemption attached?
