Any firm seeking grant of approval under purview of IBR, shall obtain approval from Department.

• Submission of application along with,
  • Replies to the questions (Available on site in the System)
  • NOC for the activities of firm, from local authority.
  • Copy of power sanction letter electricity bill.
  • Copy of plan of machinery layout.
  • Name of activity category under which approval is sought.
  • Few photograph of plant & machinery.
  • Challan for requisite fee.
  • Copies of welder’s Certificates where applicable.
• Scrutiny by Technical assistant /Technical officer
• Review by Director and on approval inspection for verification of facility at site, checking of competency.
• Review by Director.
• Review of inspection report and issue of Approval letter.

Every such application shall be accompanied by relevant physical documents as listed below.

• Questionnaire replied and copies of relevant documents asked in the questionnaire attached.
• Few photographs of plant and machinery.
• Copy of NOC for the activities of firm from local authority.
• Copy of power sanction Letter/Electricity bill.
• Copy of plan of machinery layout.
• List of Employee of Firm.
• Copies of welder’s Certificates where applicable.
• Receipted Challan for prescribed fees.
