• Submission of application for acceptance of certificate as per procedure in point No. 1
• Submission of application (after receipt of accepted certificates) for inspection of plates for cutting with requisite fee.
  • Inspection and stamping on cut pieces.
  • Generation and issue of letter of inspection with accepted certificate.

Every such application shall be accompanied by relevant physical documents as listed below.

Mandatory - Items

• Application for Acceptance of Certificate along with,
• Original certificate in form 'IV' with detail of supplied Plate number, Heat number, Name of client (purchaser) furnished on overleaf with suppliers stamp and signature
• Xerox copy of this certificate with some detail on overleaf or front side (if space available) submitted.
• Date of visit Required.
• Receipted Challan for prescribed fees.
• List of cut pieces to be supplied.
