Every UTM/Impact testing machine shall by calibrated annually in presence of Inspection officer of department.
- Submission of application well in advance of due date of calibration along with :
- Detail of Machine - Model, Sr. No., etc.
- Challan for prescribed fee.
- Witnessing the calibration by Dy. Director / Jt. Director / Director.
- Scrutiny of report by T.A/T.O.
- On satisfactory calibration, issue of letter & calibration certificate duly signed by Director.
Every such application shall be accompanied by relevant physical documents as listed below.
