• Submission of application alongwith,
  • Original certificates in relevant form of IBR with detail of size & quantity supplied on overleaf of certificate
  • Photo copy of this certificates with endorsement of supplied quantity, with supplier’s (in whose name the certificate is issued) stamp & signature.
• Scrutiny by Technical assistant/Technical officer and acceptance by Technical officer.
• Delivery of original certificate/s and accepted copies of certificates to Applicant.

Every such application shall be accompanied by relevant physical documents as listed below.
